![]() Is there currently any workarounds that are up to date with the current versions of Outlook on Mac? We are currently running version 16.16 and everything looks up to date. ![]() (As seen in the attached image “Outlook_Screenshot_3”). There is no such option in our General Preferences window. The 3rd and most common solution that I have found suggests clearing the “Group Similar folders, such as inboxes, from different accounts” check box found in Outlook -> Preferences -> General. (As you can see in the attached image “Outlook_Screenshot_2”). However, that open is also grayed out and unavailable. The 2nd asks that we manually open another user’s folder via File -> Open -> Other User’s Folder. As seen in the attached screenshot (Outlook_Screenshot_1), there is no such Exchange mailbox calendar The 1st suggests opening the “Exchange” folder in “My Calendars”. On that specific page, there are 3 given workarounds and/or fixes. That suggest a few fixes, but they are not applicable. When trying to troubleshoot, I have stumbled into a few pages ( ) ![]() The button in the “Home” tab of her calendar labeled “Open Shared Calendar” In the Navigation Pane, under Shared Calendars you should now see an additional. Select the person you're looking for then click OK. In the Open a Shared Calendar dialog box, type all or part of the person's name (or their NetID). The staff member is using Outlook 2016 on Mac and one day she was suddenly unable to open new shared calendars in her Outlook. On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Manage Calendars section, click Open Calendar, then Open Shared Calendar. I'm currently having an issue with one of the staff members at my organization regarding shared Outlook calendars.
